Cristy is unmatched in PDX. I've used soft-tissue work for a long time, and no one does the work at the level Cristy does. Her work continues to evolv...e. There is no other therapist I know to work at her level.

Cristy has been my regular massage therapist for more than six years. I always get what I guess you'd define as a Swedish style athletic massage, and ...she adjusts every massage to my needs each time as they evolve. I can't say enough positive things about Cristy's knowledge and skills, and her casual-yet-professional vibe makes every visit a pleasure I look forward to.

She is so attuned, intuitive, attentive & knowledgeable about the human body. Such a great and helpful massage! Unique approach that combines a variety of techniques. She was able to work through some very old injuries that no o...ther therapies have been able to help. She said it was called a “you’ll thank me later” massage, and she was absolutely right! Would highly recommend!
