From the start, she provided exceptional customer service by reaching out to let me know about... a cancellation, which allowed me to move my appointment up to an earlier time. I really appreciated the proactive communication. During the appointment, she took the time to thoroughly explain the differences between a Korean lash lift and a traditional lash lift, making sure I understood the process and what results to expect. Her attention to detail and expertise made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my choice. Most importantly, my lashes came out absolutely amazing! They look beautifully lifted, natural, and exactly what I was hoping for. I couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
