I’m sorry about your dissatisfaction with the cut. Your original appointment was at 4:45PM on a Friday. You informed me you would be about 25 minutes late and unfortunately, I could not attend to you because of other appointments after you. I assisted you in rescheduling your appointment for 11AM the next day, to which you showed 15 minutes late. (A haircut reserves you a 30 minute slot) you proceed to show me 3 different blow outs, we discuss them and we agreed to 1. Once the haircut was complete, you expressed your dissatisfaction with the cut and you wanted to change it from a blow out to a skin fade which are 2 different cuts. I expressed that I could not at this time due to the other appointments waiting and informed you that due to the nature of the cut, I would have to charge you again if you were to change it to a skin fade. However, I debulked the sides and you expressed satisfaction with the cut afterwards. Thank you for booking me, hope to see you on my chair again.
