Yolanda is the easiest stylist that I have had to work with in terms of coordinating an appointment and availability of appointments. She is professio...nal, flexible, and kind. I always look forward to going to my appointment with her because of the environment that she fosters. Very welcoming and always willing to lend an ear. I will always book with Yolanda because she is reasonably priced and efficient. No mater the task, she always slays the style. Time was wasted Never again though Update: (8/30/2023) After I gave her a 1 star review she txted me randomly to complain. Instead of working with me... so I can add a better review or give this business another chance she choose to take the low road and when I didn’t write her a paragraph back she actually started to insult me. I had to drive 2 hours to get here through A LOT of traffic. I booked a first time client consultation and the appointment right after since it said her schedule was open on booksy. When I tell her I forgot to take down my hair its no problem, but when she sees it all of a sudden she starts to use her own child for an excuse(which was very weird) and said that she had made plans to go out so she can’t do nothing today, but on Thursday. (I got a flight Thursday so that wont work).If thats the case I dont see why she didn’t just close her schedule off from the app? When someone doesn’t want to work they’ll do everything in their power not to. And that so called consultation is not worth it. All she did was look at my hair and ask me “so what are we doing” as if I she doesn’t know what her services say on the booksy app. While she still may be insulting me through txt. I just want to let you know the type of person you’ll be dealing with if you make the mistake and book her. There are plenty nicer and more professional people to work with, So once again Time wasted Never again though P.s. you weeded yourself out for being lazy Show more
