I'm usually extremely satisfied and happy with my services and results. I am slightly disappointed this time because I went Friday 7/5 to have my lash...es done because I was going on vacation. By the time I left Sun 7/7 half of my lashes on the left eye had fallen off. This has never happened before and I've been coming for a year. I still love the atmosphere, staff, and quality of work. I don't know what happened this time, but, I hope it doesn't happen again. Show more
