Clean shop/atmosphere, a place where you can unwind, great vibes all around. Shes always booked up fast and for good reasons. I never write reviews but if you’re debating on booking, you’re worth it. Very unprofessional! I booked her services through a booking site for a sew-in for my daughter’s prom. Her site said to bring 2-3 bundles of hair and ...a closure, which we did. When we arrived she stated that she wasn’t expecting to install a closure, which I thought was weird but ok. Fast forward to the end of the appointment, the lace on my daughters install was very visible. The “stylist” made excuses like she didn’t have the proper glue or makeup to blend it. She knew it looked bad so she gave us 1/2 off the price, which I accepted since I thought i could go home and try to fix it. After realizing that it was beyond me, as I am not a stylist, I went back to her shop to see what could be done. She angrily offered to refund more of my money, and cursed at me in front of her teenaged client. Needless to say I do not recommend this stylist unless you want the very basics and even then, book at your own risk. *Response* Whatever narrative and lies you have to tell yourself to excuse your extremely unprofessional behavior go ahead. I have no reason to lie since, as you stated, I’ve used your services twice before and never asked for my money back (even if not completely satisfied). I am a veteran and not from the area so the amount of stylists available are limited. I took the picture as it was and no amount of plucking (which I did not do) would yield that terrible result. I have always been friendly with you and it’s a shame you didn’t handle business more professionally. There will be no further response from me regarding this matter. Show more

I've done your daughter's hair on more than one occasion and you complained everytime yet you continue to patronize my business. You even complained about my Faux loc install that you wore for 8 months! Your daughter said she had no intentions on going to prom before I even started on her hair. I gave you 1/2 off so you could find someone else to do the closure the way you wanted. I explained that to you & your daughter the 1st day you left. You come back the next day & demand I fix it. I offered to redo the entire style but you didnt want to take it down. You also plucked all the hair out of the closure from the pic you posted. It didn’t look like that when you left. You declined every option I offered to fix the situation. I gave you a FULL REFUND & asked you to leave & you still wanted to argue with me in front of my client who was unbothered. There was no pleasing you. You will not make me feel threatened in my own shop….
