Cayla is very gentle, insightful, and personable. This is my second custom facial with Cayla at MadLash. She provided me with my first ever facial and... that experience absolutely made me come back. I consider myself a skincare novice - caring only enough to keep my body/face clean and moisturized but not enough to understand products or ingredients. Cayla was sure to tell me exactly what she was doing, what products were involved and she answered all my questions. On top of her being knowledgeable, her touch is unmatched! Warm hands, and the facial massage are to absolutely die for. I’d go back over and over just for the massage alone. If I could give her 10 stars I would. I also got a Lash Lift with Kenise. I am not new to lifts, but this was my first time getting a lift + tint. Kenise was prompt in starting my appointment right after my facial. She was considerate throughout the entire process - checking on my along the way. In the past I’ve gone to Shanna for services, but I was absolutely in good hands with Kenise. She delivered perfect customer service and most importantly great quality. My lift turned out perfect! She has gentle hands and an awesome playlist. I would recommend Kenise over and over for high quality lash services. Show more
