I would like to note that this gentleman had it receding on one side already hence the conversation about his stylist braiding his locks to tight before he cut them. I simply can’t make hair appear . I explained to him that I would rather not go into it and allow it to grow back fully . Sorry for the experience I should had better explained before proceeding . He also wanted me to push the other side back to match and me personally as a professional I just can't hurt the client further . Also he wanted to keep the top higher when it should had been cut lower to blend better with the light spot . I added barely any enhancement to just try and blend it and I asked permission BEFORE hand . Anyone can go and look at my portfolio I RARELY use ENHANCEMENTS in his case it was a must for the image he was trying to create. Keep in mind his hairline was already pushed back BEFORE I even turned on a clipper which I outlined with a pencil to show him what it would look like once grown back rather push it back . I simply can’t add hair that wasn’t present. Sorry for your experience once again. -KC

Your first son loved the haircut . Was actually ecstatic at how well I cut it. your husband has not been in my chair in over a year I completely don’t recall how his haircut turned out. I don’t know if this is an attempt at a refund or not but either way I’m extremely sorry with your experience. If you do ever book again I will make sure to get approval from a parent before there done. Hope all is resolved -KC
