The service at “Locs by Whitlee” is amazing. When I first got my locs I was going to someone else, she was very rough with my locs, and my locs starte...d to spilt. So my mom recommended me to come to Whitlee, and I have been coming to her ever since. She is so gentle with my locs, and them shampoo washes🤦‍♀️, whew lord don’t even get me started. I am funny about who touches my hair but I needed a loctition in the area. I immediately felt comfortable when I stepped in the door. She had a client... in her chair but greeted me immediately (I look for customer service because it's a dying art, especially with young people)! She started on time, finished quickly, answered all my questions, and did an amazing job! The atmosphere was quiet and professional. AND I received my first style since I've been locd!
