Unreliable.. Will confirm your appointment however she will not be at the shop .. This happened twice (my initial appointment) and today’s appointment..... I waited for 20 minutes, knocked and called and finally 40 minutes later I received a text asking for my cash app per my request to be refunded the deposit.. The cash app was eventually sent but not immediately.. There was no reason given for the no show .. Kelsi does great hair however her communication is lackluster Update @ 3:44 upon receiving this review Kelsi called me irate saying she doesn’t appreciate my review “ I told her my review was an honest one based on my experience ( ironically she can call now) she proceeded to tell me “ no one is sitting around waiting on you , I’m not sitting around just to do a haircut” I explained if that was the case , she could’ve have said that versus confirming the appointment.. The only reason I accepted the call was I though she may have had a family emergency , I didn’t expect to be yelled at and over talked.. I’m extremely surprised by her behavior because I rcvd a cut from her 4 times over the course of a year and our interactions have always been pleasant but Kelsi has obviously made it clear that haircuts aren’t her priority because her response to my cash app (above) was I don’t need your money Show more

Kelsi is such an AMAZING stylist who is professional, talented, and well versed in her craft. I highly recommend her as your go to hair stylist as she... will certainly ensure that your hair is well cared for. The steam treatment transformed my transitioning hair (relaxed to natural) in such a beautiful soft and manageable way. Prior to the visit I had immense trouble combing my hair from root to end without breakage and pain. Now I’m able to easily slide my fingers and comb through with no issues to my tender headed scalp. This was my second visit to Kelsi. Being new to the city and in search of a stylist, I wasn’t having any luck, so my daughter in Atlanta who is a styl...ist herself, sent me the Booksy website. My first visit with Kelsi was three weeks ago, she was very caring and patient with me. Not only was she concerned about pleasing me, but my daughter as well. We sent pictures to my daughter’s before I left the salon. My daughter’s were very pleased! I love my haircut! No more running to throw on a wig to answer the door, or run out to the store!
