      Starter locs are the process of creating the pattern and start of your locs. Locs can be started in a few ways such as Coils, Two Strand Twist, & Plats. When booking be sure to include which type you would like and also the size (depending on size will increase price).  Also if hair is past shoulder length when starting you will be charged that lengths retwist and style prices when needing a retwist.     • Reattaching Locs (Full Service)

      This service can be broken up into two services depending on how many locs you may have. I cut off all of your locs and reattach them with new parts. This gives you the opportunity to receive a cleaner look with the locs you already have. Or you bring in locs and then I wash and reattach. Book now price is $700. I recently went to her for starter locs, and specifically requested small parts and around a 100 loc total sent her multiple photos and videos of exac...tly what I wanted. At first, she was complaining, because I said I wanted small parts, but regardless, she did them. And she said she was upcharging me $250 because they were small. The references I sent her she didn't even look at and i counted over 260 loc total in the end. The part sizing from the front to the back was extremely consistent. And nothing like my reference photos. When she was doing them, i asked her two separate times for me look at them. To see if they were good, the first time they look to great but the second time I looked at them about halfway through the parts on a lot of them were extremely small, only a couple hairs. I said that it was really small she basically said that I asked for extra small parts, which I didn't, and that i was just gonna have really small locs. i honestly was disappointed and how they turned out. Because every loctician I went to always message up my startup locs in some type of way. Update: i just wanted to respond with what you replied with When we look at the halfway mark, I never really gave my approval for it.And I was never given the option or asked if I i wanna to have it redone you just reminded me that I asked for small parts. Regarding the price, if you look the app it gave me $20 discount when I booked, which is what you got

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I’m sorry to hear you were ultimately unhappy with your experience. To provide some context, when you arrived for your appointment, we discussed that the style you originally requested (two-strand twist starter locs) was not suitable for your current hair length, and together we agreed that comb coils would be the better option. Throughout the appointment, I checked in with you multiple times to ensure you were satisfied with the sizing. I stopped after completing the back section and again halfway through so you could view both photos and videos of your parts. Each time, you approved the work and asked me to continue. When you mentioned they looked small toward the end, I reminded you that you had requested smaller sizing, and I even asked if you wanted them adjusted before moving forward. You confirmed that you liked them as they were. Regarding pricing, the service was adjusted because of the additional time and detail required for the smaller sections, which was discussed during the appointment. At checkout, there was also an outstanding balance that remained unpaid after a payment request was sent. I value honest feedback and always strive to communicate openly with my clients throughout every service so there are no surprises. I wish you the best on your loc journey and hope you find a loctician who is the right fit for your preferences.
