They were being to harsh when fileing the nails, they cut the sides of my fingers four times, and I noticed they reuse nail files and buffers from oth...er customers, which is super unsanitary. She tried to give me the exact design I asked for but under the nails are kind of bumpy. They charged me $15 more then the app said, which was really annoying. I think she was saying rude stuff about me in a different language when I couldn’t understand her not speaking English. Show more

I am so sorry to hear that you are not happy with our service!! But I don’t think you give us this review…because before you leave our shop.. We did ask you.. did you like your nails and everything and you was said everything was good.. but we will fix if you let’s know what ever you not happy and one more thing the price on the app or on the website is just starting price.. if customers design and length always extra.. thanks

Not good! My nails are round and I like square. I don’t think she understood a word I was saying. Wrong color yellow and childish design. This is ...my 3rd time. 1st time a bruise on my foot 2nd time my toe polish was awful and now this. Show more
