My experience with Byond Hair was definitely one I will never forget! I booked a silk press and trim for my wedding that was 2 days away. First off, t...he service I needed was very easy to book. After booking I needed to add a service but had a few questions first. I contacted Mary and she got right back to me. Secondly, during my service the electricity went out in the entire building for a good hour. Mary and the manager of the building did everything they could to accommodate me and complete my service as I was leaving out of town for my rehearsal dinner right after my hair appointment. Although there was a minor set back completely out of our control, Mary was able to get the job done! I absolutely loved my hair and Mary! I will definitely be back in the future 😊 Show more
