Hey, Thx for your feebback, we all looked at his hair in the shop and at the floor which hadn’t been swept and I asked you to show me the lock I cut off humbly giving you the opportunity to make your case. I also took the time to wrap his locks around with a rubber band before cutting, I took time and was very polite to your child and gave him an even haircut all the way around his head, I wish you could have text me I would have just given you the cut free, but instead you took the opportunity to publicly respond. If your willing to hear my advice next time you go to a barbershop it would help if you stayed inside while your son is getting a haircut, that way you can assist the barber with what exactly your looking for and ensure it's done to your liking. No hard feelings though I appreciate your review and I’ll use this as motivation in the near and coming future. If you do decide to come again the next haircut is on me, if not God bless we hope your sons school year is a success

Hey Tawanda sad to hear that, next time if you sit your children with a barber it would help if you make sure to communicate what you want for their haircut before leaving. I took time and care to give him a clean haircut according to what he asked. Effective communication can ensure you get what you’re hoping for.
