With a flight to Las Vegas scheduled ...the next day, I quickly booked an appointment with J'enea. She did an exceptional job with my hair—truly one of the best salon experiences I've had in awhile. For those visiting from out of town, it's just a short ride from the strip. Being a frequent visitor to Las Vegas, I'll certainly be returning to Ego Tripp salon in the future! Show more

I came in super excited to get the curly girl cut and had a picture of a girl with just as much hair as I had when I stepped into the chair. I’ve been... growing my hair out for almost a year and have been waiting for it. I tried to explain what I wanted and showed a picture along with. She said she understood when she saw the picture, but I somehow ended up with my hair over my shoulders and absolutely nothing like what I showed. I wasn’t going to write a review, but I haven’t stopped crying since I left. If I wanted my hair this short, I would’ve straight up asked for it to be like this. This isn’t “What I asked for” and never would’ve been. I’ve attached a very recent photo of my hair for reference. ALL that length was NOT dead ends. I don’t know what do to. Show more
