Great job as always
Mercedes is such a great stylist and person! She saved me from a disastrous series of bad cuts from other stylists that had pretty much ended up in a ...mullet cut. My hair was beat up and a total mess, but Mercedes turned it all around in one visit! She listened carefully to what I wanted and reworked my choppy cut such that I left the visit with a lovely cut that grew out as beautifully as she promised it would. I’m looking forward to my next appointment! Show more

Mercedes outdid herself again! This is my 2nd time seeing her at Sterling Art Chi Tech Salon. My hair was a trainwreck, between two appointments she c...ompletely turned that around. Now my hair looks the best it ever has. She gave me the style and color of my dreams. I'll be honest, I'm rarely happy after a haircut and almost never see the same stylist twice. I moved from LA to SF about a year ago and was having difficulty locating a hair stylist who could do all that I wanted. I found Mercy who was at a di...fferent salon at the time. Went to see MERCY for a toner/blow out to correct the brassy color that my hair had due to putting box color. Have seen her before multiple times to c...orrect a previously done haircut that ruined my hair and so on. She's super knowledgeable and does your hair the way YOU want it and gives amazing suggestions to what to do that would suit your facial features!! I literally can not put into words how much I would recommend Milvali for hair extensions!!! I have super fine, light colored hair. I have had frustra...ting experiences with extensions in the past (no texture, color, or bead match). Mercy 100% made my hair dreams come true today. Perfect color match and bead/hair placement. My review is for Mercy: My niece's hair was incredibly matted. I tried to detangle it myself but after 2 attempts and a total of 4 hours, I knew it w...as beyond what I could do for her. I reached out to Mercy to schedule an appointment (which would be my niece's first hair appt), I explained how bad the matting was and felt embarrassed by the situation. Not only did she not judge me or my niece for the situation, she talked me thru what she would do. On the day of my nieces appointment, I was concerned that this was too big of a job and we were going to have to shave her hair off. Mercy worked her magic and saved her hair! I can't explain the appreciation I feel! My niece was like a brand new girl when we left the salon a couple hours later and still talks about how much she liked Mercy and the service she provided her, so much so, she's saving up for a blowout! There's only one gal I trust with my hair needs and that is the gorgeous Mercy. She listens to what your wants and needs are and always has me leaving... the salon feeling like a new woman. Its always a great time with Mercy. This last time around, she saw my 9 year old niece with severe matting. She was able to tackle the task, boosted her self esteem, and told her the importance of brushing her hair. She added little pink extensions. So cute! I couldn't believe how happy my niece was when she got home and how well she has been maintaining her hair. I couldn't have done what Mercy did for our little one and I'm beyond grateful for her!
