I never leave reviews but i was very disappointed tonight with my sons haircut he sat In that chair for an hour forty plus and this is what he came ou...t with , doesn’t look at all like the photo shown as to how he wanted his hair cut and for that long it doesn’t even look like he got a new haircut. Not the best at all i am not sure what happened or why this cut took well over an hour forty minutes. First time and last time coming smh. Mind you also my 14 yr old who got the same cut finished faster and was pulled back later than the scheduled time and his came out decent and looked like he actually got a haircut and was charged 30 flat, mean while my 7 yr old hour forty minute hair non cut got charged 32 and change. Hmm. Very disappointed Show more

If you need a barber to rely on, do NOT go to hugo. He canceled on me 4 different times within 2 days and gave absolutely zero explanation as to why ...and continued to ignore me during this period of time. And when i could get a hold of him before this situation and actually get a haircut, he was at least 20 minutes late each time to cut my hair. Service is horrible, you can not rely on hugo, doesn't know how to communicate with his clients what so ever! Completely unacceptable and immature. I have screenshots of every conversation with this "grown man". Show more
