Rose, I sincerely apologize. On Saturday Feb 8th, I was in a car accident. I had no phone or any way to access my booksy app to notify everyone. I texted you first thing Wednesday morning when I gained access to communicate. I apologized and asked you to let me know how I could make it up to you but never received a response. Jan 11th actually made one year that I have been cutting your hair and this has never occurred prior to now. I even had customers reach out to my mother because they know it’s not like me to not show without a call or response. However, if there is any way I can rectify this situation, please let me know.
