I want to thank Amy Z for another great restorative therapeutic massage. I am a middle aged male who likes endurance weight training two or three tim...es a week, core/yoga two or three times a week and aggressive hiking in our fabulous mountains also several times a week. As a result my body gets sore, tight and tender on a regular basis. I go to Amy Z at Heartline Massage every few weeks to attend to my aches and pains. Amy begins with a brief inquiry re. specifics and gets to work restoring.

She seems to apply the right amount of pressure... needed to work the knots out and relieve my pain. For the first time in weeks, I got a full night of pain free sleep.
