We all human and sometimes we make mistakes. But I treat all my clients like family and would like to make it up to you. A fresh hot towel and some shaving gel to prevent irritation should do the trick. Thanks for the new review and I hope to see you again so I can get it right

We originally had an appointment scheduled for Saturday, "Playboii Cutz" reached out to us asking if we could reschedule our son's haircut for Sunday ...due to him having severe autism and it being quieter. We agreed and the appointment was confirmed (Screenshot attached). We showed up at 9:45 on Sunday. Waited outside until 10 am. Walked up to the door to confirm it was locked, I sent him a text and called him and received no response. We decided to wait for another 10-15 minutes to give him the benefit of the doubt. Still no response and he never showed up. He discriminated against our son who has autism because he wanted to change the appointment time to a day that he knew no one would be there to avoid having to deal with his disability and the daily challenges that come with it.
