Arrived a few minutes early. A few minutes after my appointed time, I was told to hold on a few minutes. 10 minutes later, "I am running behind, do yo...u want to wait or reschedule?" No estimated time given, no "we will get you in tomorrow if you'd like". All dates booked until middle of next week. I get things happen, but if I show up on time and you can't accommodate, let me know you'll make up for that mistake instead of making me responsible for correcting your mistake. Otherwise a nice settings and inviting personalities.
