I don’t normally leave reviews but after further examination of my eyebrows (or lack of) I am truly upset at how short they were made without asking m...e. I have worked so hard to grow out my brows and to get them to a length I am happy with to only come here and have the tails totally plucked off. The photo with the headband is what my eyebrows look like now and without the headband is what they previously looked like. I just hope I don’t have to pay 100s of dollars to micro blading to fix this. In response to your reply: I was truly in shock when I looked in the mirror. If u didn’t shorten the length then how is half my eyebrow missing? My friends and family were all horrified when they saw me and asked where I went so they can STEAR CLEAR. I added another time stamped photo of me on 3/25where you can clearly see the length of my eyebrows before you removed them. Sometimes it’s awkward to tell someone at first you’re unhappy with a service especially when the damage is already done. Which is why I also tipped you for the service. Your response is horrendous and lying about removing my eyebrow isn’t helpful when you can clearly see you did in photos. An apology and offering a refund would’ve gone a lot further. Show more

With all due respect, I’d like to clarify that I did not shorten the length of your brows — my focus was only on cleaning up the stray hairs around the natural shape. We never remove the tails or reduce the length without first discussing it with the client. I also want to kindly remind you that when the procedure was completed, you mentioned that you were very happy with how everything looked and expressed your satisfaction while still in the studio. That said, I completely understand how important your brows are to you, and I’m truly sorry that you’ve come to feel disappointed afterward. I'm a previous client and have always been happy with the salon's services. However, I'm extremely disappointed with my recent LED lash application. I... had them done last Tuesday for my son’s graduation, hoping for a special look. Today, Sunday, just five days later, my lashes look terrible (see attached photo). They're sparse, uneven, and drastically falling out. I've been very careful, only washing my face around my eyes twice. The left eye applied too many lashes, while the right eye is noticeably bare. Very uneven. I don't believe they should look this bad after only five days. Right? Show more
