      “Powder Effect Brows” is a type of permanent make-up, where through the manual process of inserting pigment into the upper layers of skin, I create the desired fullness and design of the eyebrows. A small tattoo machine is used to insert pigment. This technique differs from Microblading in that we create a misty, powder filled brow similar to the look of makeup, as opposed to simulated hair. I am overall happy with my lashes. There are two things I am disappointed with. First, the website said 20% discount on new customer LED lashes and I... was not given that discount. I didn't realized that until I got home. Secondly, after I was home I found a glob of the lash adhesive in my hair. It took a bit to brush my hair apart. So I am a bit unhappy for those two reasons. This is a pricey service I expect top quality experience. The lashes do look good.
