Six Braids All Back

I’m giving a 2 because she was nice. My braids were extremely tight to the point when she was braiding I had my face screwed up because how she was pu...lling it & she said “Sorry baby I need tension.” Regardless I only got 6 braids with hair added in to make 2 cute curly buns. The braids were all finished at different lengths & the amount/way the human hair was added makes no sense. I had to take the buns out because they were so tight and bothering me because she used Bobby pins/ actual rubber bands from the pack of braiding hair. I initially didn’t want to leave a review but once I realized how bad the ends were I had to. Show more

Hi Shayna I’m sorry to hear that you were not pleased with your service. I would like to address a few points of dissatisfaction that you pointed out. 1. Your hair is transitioning which means your roots are thicker than your ends stitch braids require tension for the lines to be visible. I did say sorry and check with you several times to make sure it was okay. If you felt it was unbearable I wish you would of communicated that with me as some people experience tension while I am braiding but little to none after I’m finished . 2. The human hair you brought for me to work with was a bit difficult as it had a lot of product on it and it was straight for a curly style. I curled it and teased it to ensure it came as close to the desired look as possible and we both agreed it looked really cute. 3. When customers ask for stitch braids into a bun it is my custom to make the ends thin and add a large amount of curly hair it gives the bun volume without making it to bulky for sleeping or laying against them, I do secure them with braiding rubber-bands as they are thicker than normal rubberbands and hold them in place. 4.I wish you would share the photo you took at the shop of your braid style it was really nice and neatly done. Had you expressed any dissatisfaction to me I would of gone above and beyond to rectify it. I thank you for your feedback and will definitely use it to improve my service

I purchased a Groupon for medium knotless and had her do them waist length instead of butt length. Lola is nice, prompt, efficient and does a neat job... with your hair. She is also a quick braider! I would definitely come again. I came all the way from Jersey to have my braids done. I love my braids. Show more
