I personally would not return. 1.Brushing out my hair from the roots instead of starting from the bottom, half way Thur she asked me if i was tender... headed. 2. My entire back and shirt was socked from the wash. she told me not to worry the dryer would dry me. 3. I advise you to order some ear protection if you don’t like your ears burning while under the dryer. I remembered as a teenager they had them. They are $4 4. Can someone explain a silk press to me because she flat iron my hair and hot comb it and then warped some plastic and sat me under the dryer for another 10-15 mins and then i was done No body or bounce i felt like after i denied the trim she was ready to get me out the chair. Which i denied because i knew i wasn’t coming back. And i rather someone i trust cut my hair. Overall my hair didn’t last more then 3 days she blamed it on me not getting a trim ahead of time.
