I've been going to Lena for the last 2 years. I started with issues related to "frozen shoulder", but have now been going regularly. I like the fact... that she does not use oils/lotion and that she has a firm and gentle pressure all at once. Her app...roach seems to be as much about retraining the body into healthy patterns, as it is about shifting the immediate inflammation. Thank you Lena for fitting me into your full schedule. Lena's work is sensitive and gentle. I came for a deep tissue massage due to headaches and neck.../should pain and instead Lena tuned into the physical root of the pain and worked there. She is laser focused. Though I have only seen her once and plan to go back as soon as she has space, I have faith that she has the awareness of the body and how it functions and will be relieved in time. I really loved learning... about why things might've been tight or tense and what I can do to take better care of my body.
