Service was not rendered nor was my deposit returned. Stylist was running almost 2 hours behind and did not provide me the apt number until 30 mins af...ter my arrival. I was highly frustrated and disappointed in the lack of professionalism and consideration. Correction: who wouldn’t cancel after waiting for 2 hours. And yes I left and you said you will send back my deposit several times and you still haven’t. Accountability is essential and you clearly refuse to take accountability in this situation.
