I had an appointment that was confirmed thru Booksy. I showed up in time only to find out that she had left the state and was no longer working in our... area. I realized afterwards that the Booksy confirmation did list an address on MO but since I had been to her before, I didn’t check the address. Would a quick text or email letting me know she had left been too much? Very disappointed in her professionalism. I would’ve given zero stars but it didn’t allow that.
