With all due respect, the client was a child who spent his time on TikTok during the appointment. The stylist isn’t obligated to interact with you the entire time, as you are considered a guest. There were rules that we asked of you that weren’t followed, such as waiting in the lobby with your extra guests (child) during the appointment, yet the stylist still accommodated your family. The stylist was in the building a minute after your scheduled time and communicated that, while you arrived nearly 30min early. You are not guaranteed to be taken early just because of your earlier arrival. After coming in, you admitted to not following our guidelines as how to prepare your child’s hair ahead of the appt. We understand your concerns of the stylist’s use of her phone; however, it was business related as the assistant was on the phone searching for an appropriate style for your child’s hair, which was completed 4 hours sooner than the projected time. We ask that while this is open feedback, please also share proper experiences and ratings that include the satisfaction of hair related styling. You did love the ending result, and we would like for that to be mentioned as well.
