I'm generally very happy with your service on the whole. You guys are great at what you do, and I trust you implicitly with our car's maintenance and ...repair needs. However, I'm curious why you have us submit notes when we make an appointment onlione if you're not going to read them. Either use this info provided or please don't ask us to waste our time providing info you won't use. I made the appointment online and provided a clear list of issues. My husband dropped the car off, and you asked him in person what needed to be done. (He mentioned to me how this stresses him out every time he drops the car off, because in our relationship he doesn't manage any of our household maintenance tasks.) I guess what he told you overrode what I'd submitted in the appointment, because one of our issues wasn't addressed. If you'd read the info submitted with the appointment, you might have only needed to double check the issues with him and everything would've been handled. We'll deal with it in our next maintenance appointment, but this shouldn't have been necessary.
