I was referred to Jay by a good friend and someone I trust. She’s was a collegiate athlete and very physically active for her work. I am so happy I to...ok her advice and came to see Jay. Not only is he great at what he does but how he goes about it is with extraordinary emphasis on providing solutions not just pacifications. I have been seeing chiropractors and massage therapists off and on for over 10 years and if I had Jay a decade ago, I probably would have been fixed up instead of just hanging on. Make no mistake, Jay is surgical in what he is doing with his process. It is obvious that everything he is doing is intentional and planned based on your situation and not a generic attack on your muscles like other massage and chiropractors have done. If you need to fix your body and you need reprieve and forward progress - go see Jay. If you just want a feel good massage that makes you feel like you’re taking care of yourself maybe go see someone else. Jay is worth every penny and I am grateful to have gotten some of his time today. I will be back soon and am happy that I can feel improvement on things I have dealt with for years. Show more
