To do that, we need to charge the surcharge $5 on rach service on top of our regular prices to ...cover the cost of improving our products.” EVERYTHING else on set of nails ADD ON ARE EXTRA Our policy We do not work on top of other salon product. Our goal is foundation and shaping, the quality we delivered cannot be combine with other product. Also we cannot give you a perfect shape if the shape was already mess up from another technician. For that reason we will ask you to remove your previous set before or coming 45 min to 1 hr prior to your appointment schedule. Thank you All customers that are registered will receive a confirmation thru email and text, please only confirm thru email, do not respond to the text, if you didn't confirm your appointment. We always call leave voices mail ,and sent you a text. Your appointment will be remove if we didn't receive your confirmation within 24-48 hr. Please understand time is money, we only by appointment and it's not fair to the technician. When we can give the appointment slot to someone else. CHILD POLICY All children under 12 most be accompanied by an adult or chaperone 18Years or older We do not perform any nail enhancements on children under the age of 13, such as full sets, gelx, sns or any nail enhancements. This business enforces a cancellation policy on select services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are late for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to the business to decide whether the fee is applied. The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline listed on your confirmation page, no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is completed.
