Today I was late for my haircut. Trey saw me when I arrived and told me he was fully booked. I booked my haircut an hour before arriving and he was op...en for the remainder of the day and I said that. He said he was on his break and then he was going to have one head after that. This is frustrating because I have come to the shop and have had to wait 30 to 40 minutes for him to cut someone else’s hair during my time slot and I waited patiently didn’t complain and I tipped him as I always do. I have sent multiple people to him for a cut. So some decent customer service and appreciation would have been nice. The kicker is I go back to the app to see about book him for later cause again I was late so I was like I’ll just book something else now all of a sudden he is booked for the next three months out and I can’t book anything! I just saw this man’s availability an hour ago. Horrible customer service. He can cut I won’t take that away from him he can cut, but as a professional that works in a customer facing role this wasn’t a good look and I have an engagement to go to. Show more
