I was honestly very impressed by the level of customer of service I received. So much so that I even inquired if this was the norm. Kash took his time... and asked me questions along the way to make sure I was satisfied. He tried his best to eliminate or keep the discomfort for my tender scalp to a minimum. I even trusted him to trim my hair, which I rarely trust anyone to do. The shop was clean and bright with a chill vibe. Definitely a step up from the 'round the way' shops and the environments they attract. I also appreciate him consulting with me on the style/look I was going for, keeping in my mind that I wanted a fresh look that would be accepted in a professional setting. Will definitely be added to my arsenal of available resources and maybe a regular soon. 🤞🏽😉 Show more
