Dr Cole was fantastic. She used a teaching vertebrae to explain how the body connects. Dr Cole continually asked if I was okay after each adjustment.... She showed me several stretches that I can do at home. The office space is warm and inviting. I’m hopeful that Dr Cole can alleviate my pain for a better quality of life. Show more

My visit went very well. I was hesitant about having my neck adjusted after a poor chiropractic experience in years past that left me in more pain and... with ongoing issues than when I started, and Dr. Cole took the time to explain her procedure and kept checking in with me throughout each adjustment to gauge my comfort level. I'm happy to report that my neck is feeling MUCH better than it has in years! She also gave me some handouts with exercises I can practice at home. I'm confident with regular adjustments that I may get back to pain free days. Show more
