I've been in therapy off and on since I was 19 - almost 30 years. I've had 5 other therapists, some better than others. Dr. Kimberly blows them all aw...ay. I feel heard and supported. Her feedback is level-headed and helpful. She makes sense. And I also know that she's not afraid to tell me something that I need to hear, even if I don't want to hear it. The combination of traditional talk therapy + Internal Family Systems + EMDR is more effective than anything I've tried.
