I ARRIVED FOR MY APPOINTMENT 10 MINUTES BEFORE BY UBER I CALLED TO GET DIRECTIONS AND I WAS TOLD TO WAIT SO I TOOK MATTERS IN MY OWN HANDS TO FIND T...HE PLAVE WHICH I DID.. I CALLED TO GET ACCESS TO BUILDING SHE CAUGHT A NASTY ATTITUDE AND TOLD ME TO STOP CALLING I WAITED 20 MINUTES BEFORE BEING SEEN FOR MY APPOINTMENT.. WHEN I WAS TAKEN INTO THE ROOM SHE ASKED FOR MORE MONEY THAN I WAS SUPPOSED TO PAY WHEN I ASKED WHY AND FOR HER TO EXPLAIN TO ME BUT SHE GOT EVEN MADDER SO I DECIDED TO LEAVE AND WHEN I DID SHE CALLED THE POLICE ON ME.. If you keep spreading lies I will take you to court for defamation. I will also be calling the police again for harassment of me and my business. Also, your appointment was scheduleded for 4:15pm. Here is your breakdown. You paid $78. My massages start at $100. So let do the math. $100 + $6 for taxes and fees =$106. PLUS THE $25 tip you left is $106+ $25= $131. Now take $78 + $53 =$131 Either way you flip it, it equals $131 as your total. So I’m going to show this to the police and I will be taking you to court for defamation if that review is not removed and if you keep harassing my business.

My experience was really good at Ivory Essentials. The massage (deep tissue) was good. She loosened and/or got rid of all the knots in my neck and bac...k and consistently asked if her pressure was ok to make sure I was comfortable. She was very attentive and took her time to make sure all of my problem areas were addressed. My only complaint is it was a little cold in the suite. She did have the table warmer on so when I laid down it was fine but suggest a small heater to keep the suite comfortable especially for when clients get dressed/undressed. Show more
