As I mentioned before, I wasn’t in the shop that day, which happened to fall on a Sunday. Unfortunately, I mistakenly left my booking system open for that day after receiving a shop key that week, intending to work on a Sunday but failing to block off my schedule properly. That oversight was entirely my fault, and I take full responsibility for it. Additionally, I was away from my phone yesterday and didn’t notice your message until later in the evening. I apologize for texting back around 9 PM, but I felt it was important to respond as soon as I realized. While it’s not typical for me to be unavailable during the day, I was particularly busy and regret not being able to address your concerns sooner. I was in the process of relocating to a different state and had informed everyone that I would not be available for appointments after the 1st.
