I left work early and drove 30mins to this appointment, didn’t receive a text back ...till 9:34pm calling me is bro and saying he was away from his phone, both appointments I booked was confirmed. As I mentioned before, I wasn’t in the shop that day, which happened to fall on a Sunday. Unfortunately, I mistakenly left my booking system open for that day after receiving a shop key that week, intending to work on a Sunday but failing to block off my schedule properly. That oversight was entirely my fault, and I take full responsibility for it. Additionally, I was away from my phone yesterday and didn’t notice your message until later in the evening. I apologize for texting back around 9 PM, but I felt it was important to respond as soon as I realized. While it’s not typical for me to be unavailable during the day, I was particularly busy and regret not being able to address your concerns sooner.
