Great personality and will talk you through every aspect of the retie. She doesn't do anything to your hair without consulting or talking to you first.... She also makes sure she takes a picture of whatever she sees and shares it with you, before proceeding. Additionally, she also does after pics to show you what she did. She literally walks you through the whole process so that you're comfortable with what she did in your hair. Best experience I have ever had since putting in sisterlocks. I'm going back! Show more
