First, if I ever need to cancel an appointment, I always do so through the official booking app, which immediately notifies you. I understand the importance of communication and always make sure any cancelations are handled properly. Second, while I accommodate last-minute bookings when possible, scheduling an appointment within an hour of start time is not always ideal. It allows very little time for preparation and increases the risk of scheduling conflicts or delays. Lastly, I consistently show up and deliver quality work, which reflects my high client satisfaction ratings. If I were regularly late or missing appointments, it would be unlikely that clients-including yourself - would continue to rebook. The fact that you've returned for multiple appointments suggests that, overall, you've found value in the service provided. I appreciate your continued business, and I'm always open to improving the client experience when concerns are raised directly and constructively.
