It pains me to write this review because I really like this salon, but it is more of a suggestion. This has been twice in a row already where I have a...n appointment and I am not receiving my service until 30-45 mins after my appointment time. It is the reason why I had to make two visits. This time in particular I was actually bothered because another client who walked in got their services started before me. It was for an elderly woman and I’m a kind person so of course I will not say something. But it is starting to feel like my kindness is being taken for granted. I do not appreciate the assumption that I have time on my hands and that I’m okay with this inconvenience. I would kindly suggest not overbooking to allow time for walk-ins and have enough staff. I did not like that I had to rush right out to get to a meeting. I had purposely planned my appointment to be able to make it to my meeting. The service I wonderful but the time management can be worked on. Show more
