I would highly recommend Kristin and her hypnosis for any issues. I honestly wasn't quite convinced after the 1st session and listening to the recordi...ng on my own, but after my 2nd session and a few times listening to the 2nd recording, it just clicked! My mindset and energy level changed for the better and I was able to control and focus my thoughts. The recordings help me relax, remember my goals, "reset" for the day, and even help me fall asleep at night.Can't wait for my final session! Show more

Think of hypnosis as a different kind of counseling.
