If you ever have to deal with lice, this is the place to go! My girls have had lice a few times over the years, and anyone who has had to deal with it... knows just how difficult that can be. I found comb it out online, called and got an appointment right away. The staff is super friendly, and they do an amazing and thorough job. The shop is super clean, and the kids even get to pick a movie to watch while getting combed out. I highly recommend this place. Show more

Sadly our daughter got lice, but comb it out made it so easy and made her not feel embarrassed about it. They were so friendly and kind. I was dismayed to find myself, a grandma, with head lice which I caught from my grandson. I tried an OTC product but couldn’t begin to comb it through... my thick grey hair with a tiny comb. Comb It Out, Concord, to the rescue! They were gentle, thorough, and professional, and inspired confidence that I had things under control. The service and treatment were fine. Getting an appointment was easy. Their work was thorough. The staff did well with my young daughter. That wou...ld be the 5 star part of the review. The 1 start part is the very misleading guarantee. The 100% guarantee only applies if your ENTIRE household (at $89 a piece) has a "wet" treatment. The staff had opportunities to explain this and didn't. What you sign is vague and misleading.So unless you are an adult and live alone, be prepared to pay. Show more
