I honestly enjoyed my first visit. The atmosphere was perfect! Nicole is a very knowledgeable, and multitalented individual. I came to her tired, fed...-up and disappointed with the bureaucracy that I had received from the many so call Sista Loc Specialists. She was totally different and nonjudgmental. She talked to me and enlightened me on different cares for my hair and skin. In my eyes, my hair feels and looks great! Because of the cold weather and the continuous washing of my hands, I had developed small dry patchy areas. She provided me a sample of her skin product, which actually worked better than my expensive and prescription lotions! Also, she has an array of hair products that are great and feel so good! Nicole is an excellent loc technician but time management needs improvement. I started my sister locs in March 2022 and in the beginning I didn’t kno...w what to expect. But 5 months later I’m still getting out of the salon 2hrs plus later for several reasons unrelated to my service appointment. 2nd response Nicole to clarify my feedback is not related to being overcharged. My comments were n services rendered is long overdue. Time management is required by a business owner in order to maintain good clientele. As a client if you hold us to obligations of sitting fees, cancellation fees etc. as a stylist you should be mindful of clients time. Lastly in response to having to reschedule appointments you were notified as soon as I knew a change needed to occur. And during those instances you placed me on your books without notifying me of the updated appointment. With that being said, accept the constructive criticism and improve on your time management. I have friends who used to come to you and over time found other stylist simply because you overload your schedule and move slow. Show more

We appreciate that you have chosen to come to our company to start your Locs journey, however not understanding the process of Sisterlocks and doing what you want to do with your Locs, have cost me tremendous time and effort which you did not pay for these are false accusations and it’s not facts. We do know how to take criticism. We appreciate it for service that was given to you that you did not want to pay for continue all rescheduling appointment in the cancellation policy long time Retighting in service have overflowed into other customer service because of slippage in your Locs. It is the reason why we got a review from you, but it's not everyone is for our holistic services. Thank you for choosing us to start your Locs service. Client did not want to pay for slippage that was not in her time because she sweat in her scalp, and I did it for no charge.
