Amazing experience! Lauren was absolutely professional, patient, and perfect! She lead me straight to the dresses in my budget and size and didn't try... to sell me something i couldn't afford. I felt important and valued and it was the coolest store we were in all day! I *almost* said yes to the dress! Do beware there is limited parking so be sure to carpool. Show more

Our experience wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great. Overall when we walked in we were greeted pleasantly and shown what to do and how to pick out the dress...es we wanted to try on but we were expecting a different experience. The lady who helped us was very sweet and had a good attitude but she didn’t interact with us like the other lady for the other bridal appointment did right next to us. We listened to the giggles and laughs and interactions going on right next to us from the staff and other bride but I had to go and find our lady who was just sitting at the front counter. It was a little disappointing. The dresses are beautiful and we ultimately found one that we were happy with and bought it. I just wish the lady who was supposed to help us actually interacted with us. Show more

Our consultant, Martha was a ...great listener who was efficient and knowledgeable. The store has an excellent, carefully curated selection and I will have life-long joyful memories of my experience with Marry Go Round.
