Hey bro, sorry that you’re experience wasn’t great. However, your appointment was never canceled. Your appointment was rescheduled 1-2 hours prior to your early appointment to a later time during the day. The app notifies you about the reschedule and it asks if you are ok with the switch. You should be aware as you have came to me many times before and it always asks you if the change works for you (if there was any changes). When you arrived to the barbershop I let you know that I had rescheduled your appointment if you hadn’t seen it. I also asked you if the rescheduled time was ok for you. Seeing that you wouldn’t be able to do the rescheduled time, I asked you if you would’ve liked for me to refer you to another available barber. I asked my coworker that was free w a spot and you agreed for him to take you in. Again, I apologize for your bad experience; however, you can’t lie about the appointment being cancelled especially since you’ve came to me multiple times before. As well as, you should’ve been aware of the rescheduled time as the app notifies you and because the change was made 1-2 hours before your original appointment.
