Jeffrey has been very helpful. I am glad we have engaged with him.

My partner and I were in a really tough spot, and I am so grateful we found Jeffrey. He is a wonderful therapist. I immediately trusted and felt safe ...with him, which allowed us to go deep on hard stuff quickly and get to the root of the issues. He has a kind, gentle, empathetic, and genuine demeanor that felt more like talking to an old friend, even over Zoom. Our sessions gave me the clarity I needed to make some hard decisions, and I am so appreciative of Jeffrey's help in that process. 100% recommend! Show more

Yesterday was my first visit with Jeffrey and it went fantastic. He was thorough, a great listener and even though it was our first meeting I was able... to walk away with some actionable take-aways from our discussion. Would highly reccommend. Show more

Having seen numerous therapists through the years, I am confident in saying that Jeffrey finds the balance between pushing and patiently waiting. Lis...tening and offering insights, offering challenges, offering support. Patiently allowing space to experience what needs experiencing, then and there, by fostering a safe environment to do so. I highly recommend bringing him into your world to enrich your life. Show more

I believe in mental health help, and have had many past counseling experiences. I've just started, and it feels different with Jeffrey. I look forward... to my appointments. I feel brave, not weak, to dig into truths we will unveil. And I feel like I can finally be me AND breathe, all at the same time. Jeffrey provides a welcoming, safe and engaging environment that feels more like real life than a cocoon of therapy. I like the idea of a walk for a session; I look forward to that one day soon. Jeffrey's easy to talk to. But, doesn't use proven counseling methods, or attempt a middle path. Session lacked neutrality. Issue was betrayal. My h...usband saw other counselors, but never took action to heal the betrayal. Jeffrey didn't suggest he (e.g., compassionately listen to my hurt, trust building behavior, rinse/repeat). Instead, asked me to figure out what it will take to "get over it." A trained counselor would know what healing betrayal takes, and ask my husband to take the lead. Show more
