From the time I entered the door Latoya was welcoming and her suite followed suit. She really took the time to assess my hair and asked questions to u...nderstand my regimen. She gave me an honest assessment of my hair and did not push services that weren’t necessary to the condition of my hair. Although she has her own product line she didn’t try to force them on me rather she educated me on how to effectively use the line I was already using. She thoroughly answered any questions I had and provided helpful and relevant feedback. What really stands out was the pleasant conversation to get to know me as a person and not just a client. Latoya was punctual and provided one on one client centered attention. At the end of my appointment I had the coils I never thought my hair could hold. My hair was moisturized, defined, shining, and full of body. I definitely will be returning. Show more
