Corbin this is so unfortunate that it came to this. Truly I did not know that you where coming in because the appointment was not reschedule via the app as I asked for you to reschedule. The conversation we had in messages clearly shows your response was “tomorrow @2:30” I responded respectfully with “Tomorrow is great thank you” as the clients you would need to go in app to make desired changes, as for unprofessional behavior that will never be apart of my character for I take pride into my work, as you can see you see from several 5stars I’ve acquired over the past few months I love and respect all of clients. I understand the miscommunication, all I ask is to not lay this on me with review a 1 star. The client who was before asked for a time spot earlier that morning before you even booked one of the reason I asked to move your appointment is organize things with other clients, for you booked the same day. All of this is unfortunate and I believed it could have been solved with proper communication. Knocking me down doesn’t help at all.
