I am so grateful that you two were patient with me and still willing to receive your cuts. I agree they did turn out great, I always aim to please. Although this is no excuse, when braiding/styling hair; there are times when the services take longer than what I allotted for and that can push the rest of my appointments back for the day. I am totally at fault for not calling to let you know of this ahead of time, and am hoping you two will return soon. Rest assured this issue will not take place again. 😊🤍
